1 - TRUEclaims MVP (<1 month)

In September 2023, a business partner of mine and I started working with an expert vehicle damage appraiser who had personally analyzed over 20,000 vehicles during a 25 year career.Over a 15 year period, he had attempted, with about 19 different people/companies, to build an automated system for generating Fair Market Value vehicle claim reports.None were able to do it successfully.I built a working version in weeks.

In December 2022, I was hired as a consultant for a VC-funded startup with ~$700,000 of investment.They were spending ~$30,000 /month on development costs for 6 months towards building an MVP.That's ~$180,000 without being live yet.In January, I designed and built Partner Rally, a product roughly 4x as complex as the $180,000 product above. (a completely unrelated product)I went through the same steps as in the Amazon MVP above and completed an MVP within 2 weeks.
